Gerry Scores PASS 150 Win
at Oxford Plains
Speedway
OXFORD, ME - Curtis Gerry of Waterboro took home the win during the 150 lap PASS Super Late Model tour feature, leading start to finish. Tyler King scored his 3rd PASS MODS feature of the season.

Jordan Russell of Norway took home his 2nd win of the season during the 40 lap Honey Badger Bar and Grill Street Stock Series feature. Russell took the early lead and led all 40 laps. The ever dominant Shawn Knight of South Paris passed Bobby Seger fairly early on and remained in 2nd place the rest of the feature. Bobby Seger of Frankfort ended up settling for a 3rd place finish.

Nick Reno took the early lead in the PASS MODS with JR Baril chasing him down in 2nd. After cautions on lap 3, 6, and 16 Baril fell off the pace and slipped out of the top 3 as Matty Sanborn took over 2nd place. The big wreck of the feature came on lap 22 when 6 cars spun out one way or another on turn 2. Ajay Cates slid into 3rd on the restart then made contact with Sanborn spinning them both out leading to the 5th caution on lap 24. On the restart Tyler King entered the top 3 and took over 2nd place. Moving to the outside of Reno, King took the lead  on lap 31. Reno then spun out the same lap bringing out yet another caution. King kept the lead on the restart. Tyler Fiscus moved into 2nd but was passed by Justin Larsen  after a caution on lap 45. Fiscus and Sanborn battled it out in the final laps for 3rd. Larsen finished 2nd with Sanborn capturing the final podium position.

Curtis Gerry led all 150 laps of the Pro All Stars Series feature. Dave Farrington Jr. spent the race trying to chase Gerry down but he couldn't be caught.

Travis Benjamin picked up 3rd place after passing Derek Ramstrom late in the race. This was Gerry's first win of the season at Oxford.

Gerry had no trouble moving high or low through groups of traffic, lapping all but eight of the competitors.
