2021 PASS Schedule Announced

Naples, ME -- Officials from the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) announced today an aggressive 21 schedule for 2021. Several Marquee events dot the schedule including the First Annual Northeast Classic at Loudon, a pair of events at Thompson, and the anchor of the PASS schedule, the 48th Annual Oxford 250. After a tumultuous 2020 season that saw several pivot to the schedule due to state mandated restrictions, President Tom Mayberry is looking forward to making 2021 one of the best racing seasons yet. 2021 PASS MASTER SCHEDULE PAGE HERE

"We are looking forward to making up for some lost time that we experienced last year as we enter the new season," Mayberry said, "We felt it was really important to rebound in a strong way and we think we have an aggressive schedule that will provide many opportunities for some top notch competition."

The season kicks off with the 15th and 16th Annual Easter Bunny 150s April 2nd and 3rd. The 2020 Easter Bunny 150 was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Both races will pay $5,000 to win and will be part of the reimagined 2021 PASS National Championship Series.  STORY HERE

PASS then travels back up the East Coast and makes the first of two stops at Thompson Speedway as a part of the 46th Annual Ice Breaker weekend April 10th before shooting up the Loudon for the 1st annual Northeast Classic at the Magic Mile on the 16th and 17th. April concludes with a visit to hub track, Oxford Plains Speedway (OPS).

May and June will see some new additions. A May 16th return to Lee USA Speedway for the first time since 2016 precedes a May 23rd visit to White Mountain Motorsports Park and a June 6th visit to OPS before PASS makes its SLM debut at Hudson Speedway on June 20th.

The fourth of July will be celebrated with a first ever visit to Monadnock Speedway, before three straight weeks of racing at OPS on the 11th, WMMP on the 17th, and the concrete palace of Seekonk Speedway for a special $10000-to-win race on Wednesday the 28th. The month of August is largely open as teams prepare for the 48th Annual Oxford 250 on the weekend of the 28th and 29th and a 250 warmup on the 15th.

After the biggest weekend of the year, the stretch run begins at WMMP on September 18th, followed by Seekonk on the 25th. October kicks off with a trip to Thunder Road in Vermont on the 1st, a return trip to the World Series of Auto Racing at Thompson on the 9th, OPS on the 16th, and the points finale at Seekonk on the 23rd. Mayberry also left open the possibility of additional races stating, "There will be two 100 lap non-point races at OPS, a 250 qualifier in July and a TBA. There will also be a non-point 'Run What you Brung' race at OPS in August," making as many as 24 events.

With the marquee events as the cornerstone, some new and returning venues, and a few twists yet to be announced, 2021 promises to be one of the best seasons in many years.

PASS MODS Set to Race
15 Times in 2021

Naples, ME -- Officials from the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) announced today a 15 race schedule for the fledgling PASS Modified Series for 2021. The PASS MODS are recognized as the fastest growing series in the Northeast over the past 18 months with car counts often approaching 25.

"The PASS MODS have grown into a very well rounded tour over the last couple of years," said Tom Mayberry. "With consistent car counts in the 20s we wanted to give the tour the kind of schedule that is indicative of that kind of support."

Mayberry went on to announce two changes that PASS officials think will be well received. PASS MODS will begin using the same transponder system that the SLM series has been using. Additionally, the MODS series will move to the same handicap system used by the tour. Each driver will draw for a heat race starting position while features will be lined up based on heat finishes. Previous race winners never start better then 10th. "Over and over last year we heard drivers saying these are two changes they wanted. Given the growing pains the series experienced in 2020, we thought making these changes would help improve the on track product while appeasing the driver roster. It's a win win," said Mayberry.

The 15 race schedule kicks off with a pair of races at the hub track for the PASS MODS series, Oxford Plains Speedway (OPS) on April 25th and May 8th before back to back trips to New Hampshire, at Lee USA Speedway on the 16th and White Mountain Motorsports Park (WMMP) on the 23rd. June features a race at OPS on the 6th and then a trip to Hudson Speedway on the 20th.

With summer in full swing, the open wheel tour will hit Monadnock Speedway for the first time in its history for Fourth of July spectacular, before a return to OPS on the 11th. PASS MODS will make their debut at Seekonk with a mid-week show on the 28th of July before returning home to OPS for the month of August for 250 weekend on the 28th and 29th and a warmup on the 15th.

Rounding out the season will be WMMP on September 18th, a return trip to Thunder Road October 1st, and the points finale at OPS on October 16th.
"We really wanted to give the MODS a chance to run a good schedule with plenty of racing, with a couple new venues without breaking the bank with travel expenses," Said Mayberry. "We think we have a schedule which accomplishes that while keeping budgets in mind."

Several new faces have declared their intent to run the PASS MODS series in 2021 joining an already stout roster making the 2021 season one of the most anticipated seasons to date.
