King Takes the Checkered at Oxford Plains Speedway
Tyler King of Gray claimed the win during the exciting 50 lap PASS MODS 5/8 OPS feature. Shawn Knight took the early lead but had to hold off Spencer Morse and Max Cookson who were racing hard for position. After the only caution of the race on lap 23 Knight held onto the lead until King who had crept into the top 3 passed him for the lead on lap 33. Knight fell back to 2nd. Max Cookson of Pittsfield raced by Morse on lap 44 to take 3rd place.
