Chassis: Full tube-type permitted. Perimeter and straight-rail permitted. Minimum 3” frame clearance race-ready with driver. Maximum tread width shall be 66” measured out side of wheel rim lip.


Body: Aftermarket ABC, Down Force, and Wedge type bodies permitted with weight distributions listed below. Maximum 6” x 60’ rear spoiler located at the rear of tail. No roof wings or vanes permitted. One spoiler per car. Minimum roof height 46”. Full windshield required.


Engine: Flat top pistons only. No 9 to 1, dry sump, 14 degree cylinder heads, or roller cams permitted. Factory production steel cylinder heads only with the exception of Fast Burn engine option. Engine Location: # 1 cylinder is to be even with ball joint. 0-2” set back will be assessed a 25 lb. penalty.


Carburetion: Holley 4412 2-barrel only. Must fit tech tool. Maximum 1” carburetor to intake spacer permitted.


Transmission: No Jericho or Bert type transmissions permitted.
Shocks: No external tanks permitted. Any shocks that have a retail list price of $300.00 or more will be imposed a 25 lb. weight penalty.


Tires: American Racer EC 83 on left, EC84 on right. NO tire softening allowed!!!!! Will be strictly enforced! All tires must be purchased from Northern Race Tire–can be ordered in advance for delivery at the track only. Must race on tires you qualify on. Qualified cars will turn in tires after qualifying and they will be returned on race day.

Tire Update: The Outlaws can run Canaan Goodyear tires as well as EC 83s and 84s that are in inventory as long as they do not durometer less than new tires.

Fuel cell: Minimum cell to ground height shall be 8”.


Wheels: 10” maximum steel wheel only.

Tickets For PASS Pullen 400 Weekend at Beech Ridge
on Sept. 23 to 25 are Now On Sale

(Naples, ME – August 1, 2005) PASS President Tom Mayberry announced today that special two-day discount tickets for the September 23 – 25 IBG-PASS Pullen 400 Weekend are now on sale by telephone and through the mail only. Advance sale tickets are not on sale at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway. General admission single-day tickets will be sold on Saturday and Sunday at the Beech Ridge ticket windows.

There will be practice for all divisions on Thursday and Friday and grandstand admission to the Thursday and Friday practice days is FREE from 11 am to 5 pm.

The Saturday program includes all qualifying heats and consis for the IBG-PASS Super Late Models/Pro Stocks, the Outlaw Late Models (two barrel Pro Stocks), Limiteds (Super Streets), Wildcats (Strictly Stocks), and the PASS Modifieds. In addition, fans will see the PASS Modifieds in a 25 lap feature, the Limiteds (Super Streets) in a 30 lap B-Main, and the 75 lap Wildcat (Strictly Stock) feature paying $1,000 to win. All this racing action for $15 for adults, $5 for kids 6 – 12, and $2 for kids age 5 and under. General admission tickets windows will open at 10 am on Saturday morning and racing will start at 1 pm.

On Sunday, the racing action gets underway with practice at 11 am followed at 12:15 by a 40 lap PASS Modified feature, the 100 lap Limited feature paying $5000 to win, the 75 lap Outlaw Late Model feature paying $2000 to win with a winner’s option of taking $1000 and moving to the IBG-PASS Super Late Model/Pro Stock 300 that pays $1000 to start. Then it’s the 300 green-flag lap IBG-PASS Pullen Heavy Industries 300 that pays $15,000 to win. Adults tickets are $30, kids 6 – 12 are $10, and kids five and under are $4.

Fans may purchase a two-day Adult Grandstand ticket for Saturday and Sunday for $32, a $13 savings, in advance by phone and credit card or check through the mail.

Kids advance two-day tickets are $15.

Purchasers of two-day tickets in advance will get in one hour early – 9 am – on both Saturday and Sunday to choose their seats. Two-day tickets sold on Saturday at the box office are not eligible for early entry to the grandstand.

For mail orders:   Mail your check made payable to PASS Racing, Inc for $32/ticket for adults and $15 for kids plus a $4 handling charge/order with your mailing address to PASS Racing, Inc., 195 Lakehouse Rd, Naples, ME 04055. Your tickets will be mailed to you. There is no will-call window at the speedway.

No advance sales accepted after September 15 to allow for processing and mail delivery.

PASS Announces Addition To Beech Ridge Fall Spectacular

(Naples, ME – July 18, 2005) Tom Mayberry, President of PASS Racing, Inc., announced today that another division has been added to the September 22-25 IBG-PASS Pullen Heavy Industries Fall Spectacular at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, ME.

In making the announcement Mayberry said, “Over the first half of this season more and more new teams have raced with us with wet sump motors and two barrel carbs, and these teams want to participate in the big Beech Ridge show in September. These teams have supported PASS racing, and we want to include them in our program at the Ridge.”

Therefore, the
IBG-PASS Outlaw Late Model/Pro Stocks will have their own 75-lap feature paying $2,000 to win and $250 to start with a winner’s option to take $1000 and transfer to the IBG-PASS Series feature.

The rules and purse payoff are as follows. Entry forms will be available from PASS Racing, Inc at 207-693-6497 and in a short time here on the PASS website.
